    What’s it going to cost?

Circumstances are often unique. The costs depend on the nature of your case as well as the fees assigned by
Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Retainers vary depending on the services you need, but every retainer includes the following services:

    • Drafting legal submission letter
    • Legal research
    • Preparation of application
    • Form completion support
    • Ongoing consultations during the processing of your application
    • Answering correspondence from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
    • Tracking the status of the application
    • Monitoring legal, regulatory, and policy changes

Beware of the unregulated and unlicensed immigration consultant.

During my career as a judge, I heard the same horror stories over and over again from people all over the world who were duped into hiring fraudsters who claimed to be competent immigration consultants. These fraudsters, posing as experts, would convince their unknowing victims into giving them money for immigration advice and services, and then either disappear with their money or give them poor advice which resulted in the failure of their application, years of delays, and lots of money down the drain.

In Canada, only lawyers specializing in immigration and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) can legally provide you advice and represent you. We are the immigration professionals. Don’t trust your future to anyone else. The stakes are too high for you and your family. You also want someone who is caring and compassionate, who pays close attention to the details, and who knows how to tell your story the best way possible. Hire a professional that you know you can trust.
